1. Check which components you should return. Often it's best to return as many components as possible so any testing is as comprehensive as possible. Items such as power supplies are recommended.
2. Download a returns note or create your own with your full name, email address, original order number (if possible), reason for return, and most importantly the returns address we should send any parts back to.
3. Box up your digiGate component(s) with your returns note.
4. Send to the address below.

Once received, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed and any repair/replacements to be handled & dispatched.
Products outside of warranty will be subject to a repair fee which covers diagnosis, parts, labour and returns postage.
Standard warranty is 12 months from the date of delivery.
