Lock WiFi To Access Point via MAC address

Description: The digiGate team can fix the digiGate WiFi connection to the Mac address of the nearest access point to prevent network switching when using a mesh system with multiple access points close together.

Permanent Latch Gate

Description: Mobile apps will allow users to do a simple latch open command which will hold the gate open until a close command is issued.

Get digiGate Gate Status (opened/closed)

Description: Retrieve the state of the digiGate (open/closed) via the mobile app.
Example: Gate is opened for 2 hours - app enables you to see if the digiGate state is 'open' and how long it's got left before scheduled to close.

Share Logins via SMS

Description: You can now share accounts by sending a login link via SMS. No more manual logging in with credentials for guests - simply tap the link.

Limit User Access Based on Location

Description: Set a location perimeter surrounding your digiGate system and limit certain users' access to within this zone only.

Lockdown Mode

Ignore Concurrent GPS Commands

Description: You can now enable an option to ignore any GPS commands within 30 seconds of the last open command.

Control digiGate via its WiFi Directly

Description: You can now enable digiGate's WiFi to be permanently broadcasting (not just during setup) so you can connect directly to it should you ever need to. All commands such as open/close the gate, setting up user accounts etc. can be executed via this direct connection.

Allow Overriding of Schedules

Description: Disabling this option will mean nothing (apart from the web app) can override the gate until the scheduled time is over. This will be enabled by default and can be disabled via the 'Other Options' menu that digiGate admin users can access from the mobile app.

Google Assistant integration
Description: We now have a YouTube tutorial on how to integrate digiGate actions through voice commands with Google assistant.
Filter digiGate Web App Log

Description: You can now filter the digiGate log between dates on the digiGate web app.
Requirements: digiGate firmware update.
How to use: Login to your digiGate web app and head to settings page. Click 'Log' and either enter two dates or download the entire log.
Disable Gate Latching For Certain Users
Requested by: digiGate customer
Description: Admin digiGate app uses can now disable access for certain accounts for latching the gate open. The user is met with a warning that they do not have access to latch and they must only open the gate as normal.
Requirements: digiGate app & firmware update.
How to use: Enable/disable the latch access switch when adding/editing app user accounts through the digiGate mobile and web apps.
Receptionist Web Accounts
Requested by: digiGate Customer
Description: Web app accounts for reception users allowing people into a property. The users only have access to opening/closing the gate and there is no logout timer on the page so they can keep the tab open all day for when people arrive.
Requirements: digiGate firmware update.
How to use: Head to your connect code followed by /register-reception to register receptionist accounts.
