What hardware do I need to get started?
You need one transmitter hub connected to the internet and at least one wireless receiver.
Each receiver has 4 relay outputs and can control electric gates, barriers, doors, lights and other equipment.
How far can the wireless receivers be from the hub?
Receivers use long range wireless communication and can be installed at significant distances from the hub, even across large sites.
Range is around 1km away and depends on environment and obstacles.
Logging In
How do I log into the mobile app?
Follow the guide here to login to the mobile app.
How do I log into the management console?
Enter your connect code into a web browser as a URL to access the digiGate Pro web portal.
You will need an admin account to access the web portal.
Security
How do the wireless gate receivers communicate with the hub?
The transmitter hub communicates with long range wireless receivers (up to 600 metres) using encrypted radio technology.
This removes the need for WiFi or cabling to your gate, door etc. while still providing reliable control.
What technologies keep communication secure?
The hub connects to the internet using secure tunnelling, so there’s no need to open firewall ports or expose your network. All communication between the electric gate, mobile app, web portal, and ANPR services is fully encrypted using HTTPS.
User access is protected with short-lived, encrypted security tokens, making it extremely difficult for unauthorised users to gain control. Combined with device limits, location based access, and full audit logging, the system delivers enterprise-grade security for electric gates, barriers, and access controlled sites.
