1. Install Control Hub
What this does
The hub connects your site to the Internet and communicates securely with all wireless receivers up to 600 metres away.
Steps
1. Mount the hub indoors in a secure location.
2. Connect Ethernet to your router/network point.
Installer tip
Central locations give the best wireless coverage to all receivers.
2. Connect Transmitter & Power
1. Plug the USB transmitter into the hub.
2. Power the hub via included USB-C adapter.
3. The status light confirms it's switched on.
Installer tip
Transmitter should be unobstructed for maximum range.
3. Install Wireless Receivers
What this does
Controls your gate, garage, maglock etc. via the 4 independent relay outputs. Install up to 600 metres away from the transmitter.
Steps
1. Mount inside a waterproof enclosure by the gate.
2. Power it direct via the gate control board 9–48V DC, or USB-C.
3. Wire a relay to the control board NO connection point.
4. Power on the receiver.
5. Pair with the hub via mobile app.
Installer tip
Installing inside a plastic enclosure is better for wireless signal strength.
Add users & Begin Controlling
Steps
1. Download the mobile app for iPhone & Android.
2. Create an account and pair the first receiver.
3. Name each relay for easy identification.
4. Log in to the web portal to add users, configure schedules and manage access.
Installer tip
Enterprise sites can upload user accounts in bulk using a spreadsheet for rapid onboarding.

These steps are for add-ons to the standard digiGate Pro system.
ANPR System Setup
What this does
The ANPR system automatically opens electric gates, barriers, roller doors etc. by recognising authorised vehicle number plates.
Steps
- Install the ANPR control box indoors and connect it to the network.
- Mount the camera in the optimal position for clear plate capture.
- Assign the camera an IP address and add it to the control box.
- Log in to the digiGate web portal and add authorised number plates.
Installer tip
Correct camera angle and lighting can be advised per site.
Phone Call & WhatsApp Control
What this does
Allows authorised users to open gates, barriers or doors by calling or sending a WhatsApp message. No extra app required.
Steps
- Request a virtual phone number from the digiGate Pro team. This can be a local number or mobile depending on your location.
- Link the phone number to the required output relay via the web portal.
- Configure user access and permissions.
- Make a call or send a WhatsApp to open the gate!
