Purchasing & Returns
This page explains how purchases are processed, how products are shipped and how returns are handled.
Purchase Process
digiGate Pro products can be purchased in several ways depending on your preference.
Orders can be placed:
• Through the official website
• In person
• Over the phone
• Via pro-forma invoice with bank transfer
Once payment has been received and the order confirmed, the order will be prepared for dispatch.
For pro-forma purchases, goods will only be dispatched once cleared payment has been received.
Order Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm are typically dispatched the same business day where possible.
Orders placed after this time may be dispatched on the next business day.
Dispatch times may occasionally vary during busy periods or when additional processing is required.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom require additional processing time.
International orders are typically processed within one business day before being dispatched.
Delivery time for international shipments is usually between 3 and 10 business days, depending on destination and courier services.
Shipping times may vary due to customs processing or local delivery services.
Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If import duties or customs charges remain unpaid and are charged back to Digitech Automation Ltd, the purchaser will remain responsible for reimbursing these costs.
Returns Process
If you need to return a product, please contact us to request return instructions before sending any items back.
Returns should include the original order information and a description of the reason for the return.
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Inspection of Returned Products
All returned products are inspected upon arrival.
We will assess the condition of the returned items and confirm whether they meet the requirements for a refund, repair or replacement.
Products returned in a damaged condition or showing signs of misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Once a return has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refunds are typically issued after the returned items have been received and verified.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Licensing & Subscription Services
Software licences, platform subscriptions and service based features are non refundable once activated.
This includes platform plans and optional services associated with the digiGate Pro system.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If a product arrives damaged or not functioning correctly upon delivery, you must notify us as soon as possible after receiving the item.
We may request additional information such as photos, videos or diagnostic details to help identify the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be dead on arrival or faulty, we will arrange repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Products must not be opened, modified or installed in a way that could cause further damage before the issue has been reported.
Restocking & Returned Goods
Returns that are not related to a confirmed fault may be subject to a restocking fee.
Unwanted products must be returned within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returned items must be:
• In good condition (or brand new condition if within 14 days)
• Complete with all supplied parts and accessories
• Returned in the original packaging where possible
Products that show signs of installation, modification or physical damage may not be eligible for return.
Unwanted B2B sales returned within 14 days will incur a restocking fee to cover associated costs such as transaction fees & shipping.
Where a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned goods have been inspected.
