Simply call your site's dedicated telephone number, listen to the automated prompt and enter your unique 5-digit PIN using your phone's keypad. digiGate verifies the code and automatically opens the assigned entrance if access is permitted.

Yes. Administrators can create unique PIN codes with specific access dates, times and usage limits. This makes them particularly useful for visitors, contractors, delivery drivers and temporary staff who only require access for a limited period. Codes can automatically expire once their permitted access period or usage limit has been reached.

Yes. digiGate allows administrators to assign a maximum number of uses to individual PIN codes. For example, a delivery driver could receive a single-use PIN, while a contractor could be allocated a code valid for multiple visits. Once the usage limit is reached, the PIN will no longer grant access.
You can also allow unlimited uses over a certain time period between 2 dates and times.
Yes. Virtual PIN Codes can be automatically generated and managed through digiGate's Booking API, allowing compatible hotel, holiday accommodation, parking and visitor management platforms to issue access credentials directly from a reservation. Access can automatically expire when the booking ends, reducing manual administration.
No. Users don't need to register for a digiGate account, download an app or even own a smartphone. Any suitable telephone capable of making a call and entering keypad digits can be used, making Virtual PIN Codes particularly convenient for occasional visitors and people who prefer a simple access method.
